Monday Brunch: Memorial Day Outfit
Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Who doesn’t love a long weekend and a great excuse to get out of town, or in my case, to stay in town and staycation! Having been traveling the last few weekends I always relish the opportunity to have absolutely no obligations in the gorgeous city of Seattle.

The Trend: Inspired By Annie Hall
I have a confession to make: While I have known about the movie Annie Hall for many years and have been aware of its significance in Fashion history however I had never actually watched the film, until this weekend. Better late than never I was delighted with the film, loved Diane Keaton’s Annie and was blown away in every scene by her unusual sartorial choices. I had of course seen photos of the more famous looks in Annie Hall but I was even more taken by some of the lesser-publicized outfits and was similarly impressed by just how relevant her style would be on the streets today.

Outfit: Girls Night Out
Getting dressed for a girls’ night out is always SO much fun because it’s a great time to play with fashion that you might not be 100% comfortable with elsewhere. Let’s face it, our girlfriends are some of the few people in our lives who will really appreciate a killer outfit and we all know that. That’s why getting gussied up for a group of your fellow gals is always such a blast and allows you to try out new things.
